I have been a volunteer with the Cancer Institute Foundation, https://www.cifwia.org , for more than a decade, taking pride and feeling honored to MC all our events to ensure we put the best show possible, without any hiccups and raising as much as possible to help the patients who cannot afford cancer treatments, who come to centers like the Adyar Cancer Institute in Chennai. Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy and Dr. Shanta have been my role models from the very first time I heard of them and meeting Dr Shanta was one of my best moments in life. Our main goal for the past few years have been to establish and run diagnosis centers at Sivagangai, Pudukottai and Thiruvanamalali in TamilNadu, India. During one of our events towards raising funds for this noble cause, my book was released! So honored and happy. Released by Dr. Sandy Srinivas from Stanford University, one doctor who has immensely helped me through out my cancer journey.
